Test requests essential for medical services can be made from any medical institution across the country.
Seegene Medical Foundation utilizes a cutting-edge mobile reception system based on advanced technology, enabling immediate registration of collected specimens on-site. Comprehensive quality control is maintained throughout the entire process, from specimen transportation to result reporting. And, completed test results can be conveniently accessed online.

01 Specimen Collection
· Please place the specimen in the designated container for each test item, and ensure the patient’s name and other necessary information are clearly labeled on the container.
· Refer to the test guide and the test request form to verify the appropriate type and volume of the specimen required for the test.
02 Test Request Form Completion
Select the appropriate test request form based on the test item and fill out the following details:
Requesting Institution Information : Enter the name of the institution, department, physician’s name, etc. Patient Information : Provide the patient's name, ID number, age, gender, chart number, blood type, clinical findings, and additional details (ex - pregnancy weeks) Test Items : Mark the requested test items with a check (✓). For tests not listed on the form, specify the test name in the “Other” section at the bottom of the form.
03 Specimen Storage and Transportation
Store the specimen according to the designated storage instructions, organize it with the test request form, and hand it over to our staff for safe transportation.
04 Test Result Reporting
Test results can be accessed in real-time through the Seegene Medical Foundation website, and printed result reports will be delivered the next day or during specimen collection.
For greater convenience, use the real-time result inquiry feature on the website, where results can also be downloaded.
Tests performed on a scheduled basis will be conducted on specimens that arrive by the day before the test date.
05 Adding Test Items
If you wish to add test items to an already submitted specimen, you can do so directly via the test result inquiry page on the Seegene Medical Foundation website or by contacting the Seegene Talk.
